1. Wake up to happy music, something thats fun and upbeat. You dont want a rock band to blast you out of bed or maybe you do! |

2. Allow an extra five minutes in the morning so you dont feel rushed. Otherwise, make sure you have on your roller skates to make it through the day. |

3. Sing in the shower. If you dont shower, sing anyhow. Singing increases your energy so you have the strength to be happy |

4. Make the first thought of your day a positive one. Whether you realize it or not that thought sets the tone for your entire day. |

5. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself its going to be a great day. |
